Version 2026-09-22.2-draft
YAZ360DIGITAL LTD trading as Haaameem · Company No. 13414883 · 18 Laburnum Avenue, Bedford, England, MK40 4HQ; and the charity identified in the onboarding record.
This agreement describes Haaameem receiving attendee contributions and transferring the net balance. Its title does not exclude any commercial-participation or fundraising requirements that apply to those activities.
The charity authorises Haaameem to identify it as an approved recipient of contributions connected with event bookings, and to use its supplied name, website and logo for that purpose. The charity confirms that its representative has authority to agree. Neither party may suggest that the charity organises, supervises or guarantees an event unless separately agreed.
Attendees pay a separately displayed charity contribution through Haaameem as part of their booking. Haaameem receives that money and donates the reconciled net balance to the selected charity. This is not a promise to donate a percentage of all Haaameem sales or profits. No minimum donation volume is guaranteed.
No contribution may be collected for this charity until both parties have signed and Haaameem has completed registration, authority, bank ownership and due-diligence checks. Before approval, paid bookings proceed without a charity contribution; £0-ticket bookings remain unavailable. The charity must promptly report any change affecting its registration, authority, bank details or ability to receive funds.
The net charity balance is the recorded charity contributions actually received, less attributable refunds, payment reversals, chargebacks and actual payment-processing costs. A cost must not be deducted twice or allocated to the charity if it belongs to another part of the payment. Haaameem does not apply its 4.4% organiser charge, a subscription fee or an administration percentage to charity contributions. The separate attendee platform fee and ticket price are excluded from the charity balance.
Haaameem manually reconciles the balance and normally aims to transfer it within 30 days after the event ends, subject to unresolved payment or recipient issues. This is a target, not a guaranteed bank-arrival date. Haaameem provides a statement identifying gross contributions, each deduction and the net transfer. The charity confirms receipt and uses the funds for its charitable purposes. Until transfer, money is held in Haaameem’s Stripe platform balance and separately recorded; it is not a separate client bank account.
Each contribution is allocated to the charity named for that booking; it is not split between charities. If payment to that charity fails, Haaameem first makes reasonable attempts to resolve the problem and retains a record of those attempts. Any replacement-recipient arrangement must be consistent with the contributor-facing terms and applicable law. The current proposed arrangement is transfer to another eligible charity after reasonable attempts fail; both parties must confirm this clause before signing.
Haaameem explains the intended recipient, contribution and deduction method before payment. Neither party may claim that the charity receives the full contribution where deductions apply, promise Gift Aid through the booking, or describe a mandatory-charge booking as free. Both parties must follow applicable law and protect people from pressure, persistent solicitation or intrusive approaches. No regulatory membership or certification is asserted by this agreement.
The charity may request relevant contribution statements, transfer evidence and promotional material to monitor compliance. Each party promptly informs the other of material complaints, suspected misuse or misleading claims, cooperates with investigations and corrects substantiated problems. Haaameem’s operational contact is contact@haaameem.com; the charity’s nominated contact is recorded in onboarding. Either party may require promotion or collection to pause while a material issue is investigated.
Each party restricts access to representative, payment and review information to authorised people who need it. Haaameem uses its disclosed payment and infrastructure providers; ordinary onboarding does not entitle the charity to attendee contact lists. Neither party may appoint another fundraiser under this agreement without the other’s written approval. Existing payment and hosting providers are technical providers, not authority to make new fundraising arrangements.
Proposed duration: this agreement starts when the second party signs and continues until either party ends it by written notice. New collection and promotional use must then stop promptly. Existing balances, refunds, recordkeeping and complaints must still be resolved. A material change to this agreement requires both parties’ written acceptance. This duration and termination approach is a proposal for review before signing.
The authorised charity representative reads this agreement, enters their full name and role, confirms their authority and intent to sign, and selects Sign and submit. Haaameem records the exact agreement text and version, the submitted charity and representative details, and the server-recorded acceptance time. An authorised Haaameem representative separately countersigns electronically against the same saved agreement. Each party’s explicit acceptance is retained as a signature record. Submission alone does not verify the representative’s identity or enable contributions; Haaameem must complete its checks and approve the charity.
Before enabling signatures: confirm the duration and termination proposal, failed-recipient clause, applicable jurisdiction requirements, and contribution cost allocation against actual payment records. This draft is not a signed agreement or confirmation of legal compliance.
