Pub quizzes, wine tastings, late-night clubs — and no way to tell who's coming, what's being served, or whether there's even a break for Maghrib. Haaameem flips the default: every event is halal-friendly before it goes live.

Every free booking does a little good.
On free events, a £1 minimum contribution is collected in checkout before the ticket is issued. It keeps charity part of the product, while organisers can still run events that are fully focused on the cause.

LiveBuilt for the people already doing this.
If you bring Muslims together in real life — formally or as a side project — Haaameem is built for you.
Our promise.
Built for events that feel welcoming, respectful, halal-friendly and real. We want organisers to succeed, attendees to feel safe, and the community to meet offline with confidence.
Got questions?
Real answers about getting verified, refunds, charity, fees and payouts.
How do I get verified as an organiser?
Submit your organiser application with a few details about your group and the events you run. Once we approve you, we'll walk you through Stripe Connect — that's where Stripe verifies your identity, business or sole-trader status, and bank details so you can take payments. Most organisers finish onboarding in 10–15 minutes.
How do refunds work for attendees?
If the organiser cancels an event, you're refunded to your original payment method automatically. Attendee-initiated cancellations aren't refundable — making the booking a real commitment is part of how we keep events feeling like a promise, not a maybe. The £1 booking fee and any charity contribution are non-refundable in all cases.
What if I have to cancel an event I’m hosting?
Cancel from your organiser dashboard and we automatically refund every paid booking and notify the event chat. On free events, the £1 charity contribution still goes to the cause. Repeat cancellations affect your organiser standing, so commit to dates carefully — and message attendees in the chat if anything changes.
Are all events on Haaameem halal-friendly?
Yes. Every listing is labelled by audience — brothers, sisters, family, or mixed — and organisers agree to a halal-friendly conduct policy when they list. If an event misrepresents itself, attendees can report it and we review every report.
How is the £1 charity contribution collected on free events?
It is added to the booking inside Stripe checkout, before your ticket is issued. £1 is the enforced floor — organisers can choose to make it higher if they want, but never lower. The contribution is routed to vetted charity partners.
What fees do organisers pay?
There's a £1 booking fee per ticket, paid by the attendee — it doesn't come out of your revenue. Standard Stripe payment-processing fees apply on paid tickets (the same rates Stripe charges any business). No monthly subscription, no listing fee.
When do I get paid for ticket sales?
Payouts are reviewed and released by the Haaameem team, typically 3–4 days after the event finishes, and sent via Stripe to your bank. Before releasing funds we check that the event actually went ahead and there were no serious complaints from attendees — it keeps the bar high for organisers and protects everyone in the room.
Do I need an account to book an event?
Yes — sign in with phone OTP, which takes about 20 seconds. It keeps the room real and lets you join the event chat the moment your booking goes through.
